1.2 Unpacking Video:

  • To process your return, an unpacking video of the product is required. This video helps us ensure that the product was received in good condition and has not been tampered with during delivery.
  • The unpacking video must clearly show the condition of the product, the packaging, and any potential damages at the time of opening.

1.3 How to Initiate a Return:

  • Provide the unpacking video and details of the product you wish to return, including your order number and the reason for the return.

1.4 Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the product. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are processed only if the product is returned in the original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels intact.

2.2 Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

2.3 Partial Refunds:

  • If the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing packaging or accessories, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return request entirely.

2.4 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Products that are used, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide the unpacking video and photos showing the damage or defect. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or exchange based on your preference.

3.2 Incorrect Products:

  • If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days, and we will arrange for the return and send you the correct item at no additional cost.
